FEELING OVERWHELMED? NO FEELING CALM?
Some people , even me have felt overwelmed by other's or daily lifes stresses.
I have found for me what do I do , and what works for me.
My children want me , my dogs want me , my work wants me,
the world wants me.
Then there is all this news in the world that piles up , and makes me feel overwhelmed.
I have to do this before I die. Guess what if I do not do what I do , Who know if I will ever get what I want done. One might say looking at my life , Wow Lori , you have done a lot in your life. Well I would say back, I have not even begun to live yet.
I am just starting. So for some reason I just pour out what I need to pour out , and live my life , and be be alive. guess what , I could die tomorrow , and I don't want to go out of this world with out doing what I was planted here for.
Some steps that I take so I am not feeling stressed , and overwhelemd are:
I go at my pace , I walk to work , and I walk home for lunch , I take a half an hour ever lunch time to meditate , I feel all work places need this.
Team huddles , and time to unwind.
Do I need to answer ever call when someone responds to me , no I do not , I respond when I am ready , and at my pace.
I have run my self ragged , and I know my limits.
Writing is a way for me to relese pressure , and also feel a sense of calm.
So if I write to you , and you feel a pressure this preeure that I create is calm for me, it is not that I mean to pressure anyone to answer me right away , I just need to write , and it realses my pressure.
I t is the only thing that keeps me as healthy as I can be.
So I give you no pressure , I just write my own words , and , feel calm.

We all need to find ways in our day to feel a sense of calm, and releave the pressure, how do you releave your pressure?
What steps right now are you taking so you will not be so stressed , as stress , causes so many health issues.
